Bear Is The Same
Anytime "bear" is in the title, my posts do well. I don’t necessarily care if they perform incredibly well, but I guess I do want people to read my posts—because what are we even doing here if not that?
We’re a group of somewhat like-minded people on this platform, more so than on other social media sites. Still, I get frustrated with myself for checking how many up-votes I have. I get that same feeling of wet sand spreading through my stomach, then up my throat, blocking out any air.
So maybe this isn’t a good platform for me after all. Maybe the internet just isn’t meant for communication like this—or maybe I’m not meant for it.
