I might leave bear
I started using Bear as a place to share my writing, but I don’t think many people are reading it here. Even if they are, there’s no real way to get feedback unless they email me.
I firmly believe that the “like” button is more toxic than a comment system. I’m not here to criticize what others enjoy—I might just be a little frustrated, that’s all. Still, the like button feels like a step backward in human evolution. It prevents us from talking to each other and starting real conversations.
I might stay on Bear for now, and I’ll continue posting some stories and poems until I can find another home for my writing. Once I do I'll use bear for more posts like this but they will be more positive.
